For those who prefer a hands-on approach, we can provide the necessary fabric for you to make repairs yourself. This allows you to engage with your product’s story and continue its evolution with care and attention.

Please Note:

• The cost of shipping the product to us for repair, or the cost of materials for DIY repairs, will be at the customer’s expense.

• Repairs are made to enhance the product’s character, not to return it to its original, pristine condition. We believe that the marks of use, the changes over time, and the alterations through wear are what give each piece its soul.

• Once we receive your item, our team will assess the damage and complete the repair. If you choose the DIY option, we’ll send you the materials you need to make the repairs yourself.

• This guarantee covers repairs for all types of damage caused by everyday use, accidents, and wear, and is available for the lifetime of the product.
