SHIPPING POLICY

All products will be shipped within 2 working days after the order has been placed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

International Orders:

For orders outside of the EU, local customs duties may apply depending on your country of residence.

112 Atelier is not responsible for these charges. The shipping carrier will contact you directly once your items reach customs to inform you of any applicable costs. Please note that customs delays may occur, which can extend your delivery time. You will be responsible for paying any necessary charges and duties to release the goods.

Please note: Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. 112 Atelier is not liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by issues such as lack of access to the delivery address.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Each 112 Atelier product is handmade and unique. We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  1. If the product is damaged during transit. 

  2. If the product is faulty. 

 

Inspection upon Delivery:

All items are carefully packaged for transit. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately to ensure no items are damaged. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at 11twoatelier@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the damage.

 

Handmade Characteristics:

Because our products are handmade, you may notice small imperfections or variations that are part of the crafting process. These characteristics add to the uniqueness of each item and should not be considered defects. Traces of the artist’s hand and the crafting process are a natural part of the product.

 

Faulty Items:

If you believe your product is faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at 11twoatelier@gmail.com, including photographic evidence.

 

Return Instructions:

  • Please return items using a trackable courier service. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any taxes or duties for international returns. 

  • Returns should be sent to:
    Oudestraat 216F, 8261 CA Kampen, Holland.
    Items must be returned within 20 working days. 

 

Refund Process:

If your return meets our policy terms, any amount paid (excluding the original shipping cost) will be refunded to your original payment method once the item is received and processed.
