SHIPPING POLICY
Products will be shipped within 2 working days after the order has been placed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

For orders outside of the EU, local customs duty may be charged depending on your country of residence. 112 Atelier is not responsible for the payment of this duty. The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to inform you of the cost. Please be aware that this may delay your delivery time while goods are held at customs. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges and duties to release the goods.

Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. 112 Atelier shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the property.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All 112 Atelier products are handmade and unique. We do not accept returns unless the product is:
a) Damaged in transit before you receive it, or
b) Faulty.

All goods are dispatched suitably packaged for transit purposes only. You should inspect the goods upon delivery and check that no items are damaged. If goods are damaged, you should contact 11twoatelier@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence of the damage.

Please be aware that our products are handmade and will reflect that fact in their quality. These characteristics and irregularities of the process add to the beauty of the product and should not be treated as defects. Each piece is unique, and traces of the artist's hand and the process will be visible.

We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage.

You must check the product for faults upon arrival. Should you believe that your item is faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at 11twoatelier@gmail.com, including photographic evidence.

Please organize return shipment using a trackable courier service. You will be fully responsible for payment of all return shipping costs. For international orders, you will also be responsible for any taxes and duties incurred.

If the item returned meets our return terms and conditions, any sum debited from your credit or debit card, excluding the initial shipping cost, will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are received and processed.
